2023 Writing Center grant

Teacher Alaina Feliks received a grant to fund the purchase of Skyline Writing Center t-shirts for her Writing Center tutors for the 2022-2023 school year. They bought plain white t-shirts and then tie-dyed them as a group bonding activity. This activity is an important part of creating the successful community that the Writing Center needs to function. Having students wear Writing Center t-shirts during Spirit Week activities or on a field trip also helps advertise the Writing Center and its services to the broader community.
